CRI Care accepts health plans from most Health Management Organizations (HMOs). Some of the more popular plans that we accept are listed here, but since the list periodically changes, we encourage you to call us if you don’t see your plan.

In-order for your HMO plan to perform as expected, please keep in mind the following procedures:

• Upon arriving for your appointment, please provide our front desk with your insurance details if you have not already done so. Our staff will verify your coverage and deductible status.
• Every attempt will be made to verify your insurance benefits and eligibility prior to your appointment. In the event that we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. You will be given paperwork to submit to your HMO for reimbursement.
• All deductibles, co-payments and unpaid balances are due prior to seeing the doctor.

We at CRI Care want to make it dramatically easier for people to get and stay healthy. We have begun that journey with Virtual Clinics – a service that allows patients to access medical care remotely, using a phone or video technology. This is an ideal option for people who reside far from our clinics, people with aging parents or for those who have mobility issues that make it difficult to travel.

Virtual Access isn’t right for every problem - and if we think that may be the case, we will let you know upfront, before you connect with a healthcare provider. Our goal is to make sure you get the care that’s right for you.

Our fee for service consultation is a defined, periodic, per-service payment (usually monthly) made by a patient towards treatments received.

The amount is determined by the number of treatments provided and will vary from health plan to health plan. Our fee for service payment plan covers basic areas of healthcare including:

• Preventive, diagnostic, and treatment consultations
• Injections, immunizations, and medications
• Laboratory tests at our facility
• Health education and counselling services

Our walk-in lab provides convenient and accessible services for individuals who need to have laboratory tests performed outside of a hospital setting. Patients can have their tests performed during regular business hours at their convenience. You do not need an appointment to schedule your blood test or other lab services. All you need is your national ID, your lab request form and health insurance details if you choose not to pay out of pocket
